Yes. We will have a team at the airport who will guide you to hotel transport. Please be sure to complete the Google form that has been emailed to you to indicate whether you will be needing airport and hotel transportation. Yes. Thursday after 1:30 p.m. will allow free time for optional sightseeing. Dinner will still be provided for those who return by 5:00 p.m.

On Tuesday night we request attendees to wear their traditional cultural attire for the opening ceremony at 6:15 p.m. For the rest of the conference, business casual is appropriate.

Four nights at the hotel will be provided. Check in on Tuesday, June 16, with check-out by Saturday, June 20. Any nights outside of those dates will need to be covered personally.

If you’re staying at the hotel, breakfast is included each morning. If you’re attending the conference, dinner is covered each night starting Tuesday, June 16, through Friday, June 19, and lunch is provided starting Wednesday, June 17, through Friday, June 19.

Please check the Thailand Visa Requirements for information. We can provide a letter of invitation and hotel confirmation, but we are not able to expedite anything with an embassy request or with immigration.

For those who have paid for the conference, a refund is possible 30 days before the conference. For those who receive a scholarship, there is no refund.
