After serving as a youth pastor for 15 years in two local churches in Chicago, Josh now serves as the Chicagoland-area coordinator for Sonlife Ministries. He also recently joined the staff at Moody Bible Institute as assistant professor in the Applied Theology and Church Ministries department, specifically focused on youth ministry. Josh received his education from Moody, first receiving a degree in Youth Ministry, followed by a degree in Ministry Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary. His passion is to see the church equipped to make disciples like Jesus. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Madeline, and their three children.

Donnie is the executive director of Likewise Ministry and director of Team Development for Sonlife Ministries. Understanding that Jesus is the ultimate disciple maker, these ministries equip disciples to make disciples using Jesus' life as the model. With over 20 years of ministry experience, Donnie is passionate about seeing people of this generation begin a movement of kingdom multiplication in their own lives, families, neighborhoods, and beyond. Donnie is based in South Bend, Indiana, where he lives with his wife, Anna, and four children. They love exploring new places, meeting new people, and taking day trips to Lake Michigan.

Nathan is a student at Moody Bible Institute studying Youth Ministry. He has a big heart for discipling youth to live for Christ and hopes to be a youth pastor or work with a youth ministry organization when he graduates. Nathan lives in Indiana and loves spending time in the great outdoors. You'll find him on the golf course on many weekends.

As the international ministries director for Sonlife Ministries, Jay oversees Fusion, their short-term missions experience for teenagers to help them develop long-term relationships through short-term mission trips in North America and Latin America. He also walks alongside youth pastors and coaches them in implementing Jesus' strategy for making disciples in their own ministries. Jay is passionate about making disciples of Jesus wherever God gives him opportunities—in his neighborhood, as a missionary with Sonlife, and with his small group of eleventh-grade guys at church. Jay is married to Stephanie, and they have three children.

Doug is a 30-plus-year veteran of youth ministry, having served on staff in the local church as a youth pastor and teaching pastor in Illinois, New Jersey, and Florida. As the president of Sonlife Ministries, he is passionate about engaging students in an encounter with the living Christ and equipping leaders with disciple-making priorities and practices by speaking at conferences, camps, and churches across the US and around the globe. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Lake Mary, Florida. They have six daughters.

Dean is a strategic ministry catalyst in Northeast Florida for Sonlife Ministries. Along with his wife, Amy, they train, coach, and mentor youth pastors and ministry leaders in the life and ministry of Jesus. Dean was first exposed to the historic Jesus in the mid-1990s after years of seeing Him only as a religious icon. He is currently diving deeper daily in his identity in Christ and helping his disciples do the same. His days are filled with making disciples and training disciple makers, ranging from seventh-grade students and teenage small group leaders to successful businessmen and pastors.

JP is the director of coaching for Sonlife, where he has served for the past six years. Prior to that, he served in student ministry for over 20 years. JP coaches ministry leaders all over the world, investing in the Sonlife staff, leading disciple-making workshops, and speaking at churches, camps, and retreats. He is passionate about making disciples and helping others make disciples like Jesus. He and his wife, Monica, live in Atlanta and have three children and one granddaughter.

Scott Price is a Youth Ministry graduate of both Liberty University and Moody Bible Institute and has been a youth pastor for many years. He currently serves as the youth pastor at Mosaic Church in Wadsworth, Ohio. He is also the director of IGNITE Student Outreach, where he invests in youth ministries locally, nationally, and globally. Scott and his wife, Melinda, have two married adult children, whom they enjoy visiting to check out the coolest restaurants and coffee shops.

After becoming a follower of Christ in college, Mark found Jesus’ promise of the abundant life (John 10:10) 100 percent true. It became his calling to tell others about Him and encourage them to share Him, which he does in his own community by loving and praying for his neighbors. He has been involved in youth ministry for 50+ years and loves to come alongside youth pastors to help them build their disciple-making ministries. He serves with Sonlife, mentoring and training youth leaders in Minnesota and worldwide. He and his wife, Karen, want to reach as many students as possible with the gospel of Jesus, discipling them into individuals and an army to reach the world for Christ.

Crisman’s vision is to relationally, intentionally, and missionally make and multiply disciples in the next generation and beyond. He works for Missionary Gospel Fellowship, where he and his wife, Ashley, network with student pastors across Florida, coaching them in the disciple-making model of Jesus and creating mission experiences through church partnerships. By investing in the lives of students through small group Bible studies, speaking engagements, and youth outreaches, they are making disciples who will make disciples. They have two children.

Peggy officially joined Sonlife in June 2022 as their executive assistant after crossing paths with the ministry as early as 2007. Her passion is for youth to find Jesus as their Savior and to help them walk more like Jesus and serve in all areas of the world. She has developed a tool called Student Link, a disciple-making program that is modeled after how Jesus made disciples. It involves reading Scripture weekly, praying, memorizing, serving, and sharing your faith with those around you. She is married to Rick, a former atheist turned Christian, who now shares his faith through public speaking.

Bob is the field chair of Applied Theology and Church Ministries and professor of Youth Ministry at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, where he has been training the next generation of disciple makers. Active in student ministry for 50 years, he served as a youth pastor for 16 years before joining Moody. Bob’s greatest joy as a youth pastor was watching his students introduce their friends to Jesus. Bob has been married to his wife, Pam, for 45 years. They have two married adult daughters and six grandchildren.

Jeff began his journey with Jesus at the age of 21 after he was radically saved from a life of alcoholism and vain pursuit of fame through country music. In 2006, Jeff accepted a position as youth pastor and music director at a church in Ohio, where he served faithfully for nearly a decade, equipping and challenging the students and congregation to reach their world with the gospel. Jeff and his wife, Jodi, now focus full time on Jeff Polen Music, a ministry dedicated to pointing others to Jesus Christ through music, preaching, teaching, and training.
