Dr. Pam MacRae
Dr. Pam MacRae
Pam has been involved in ministry to women in various churches and parachurch ministries for over 35 years (a pastor's wife 14 years). She led Women’s Conferences for Moody Bible Institute for five years prior to joining the faculty in 2004 to serve as program head for the Ministry to Women and also the Ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation majors. She is a frequent speaker for women’s retreats and seminars and enjoys consulting with women in ministry leadership. Pam completed her undergraduate education at Moody Bible Institute and Trinity International University, an MA from Moody Bible Institute, and her Doctorate of Ministry from Bethel Seminary in Minnesota. Pam is married to Bob, a Professor of Youth Ministry at Moody. For 15 years they have co-taught the class “Marriage and Family Systems,” and also enjoy co-leading marriage conferences and retreats. They have two married daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and six sweet grandchildren.
Elyse Fitzpatrick
Elyse Fitzpatrick
Elyse holds a certificate in biblical counseling from CCEF (San Diego) and an MA in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. She has authored 25 books on daily living and the Christian life. Elyse loves to proclaim the good news of the gospel: That Jesus, the Second Person of the Trinity, perfectly obeyed all the Law in our place, suffered in isolation and agony as punishment for our sin, died, and then rose again, all for our justification.
A frequent speaker at national conferences, she has been married for over 40 years and has three adult children and six really adorable grandchildren. Along with her husband, Phil, Elyse attends Grace Bible Church in Escondido, California.

Christy Spader
Christy Spader (BA Moody Bible Institute; MA Wheaton College) is passionate about equipping and empowering women for ministry. She currently serves as the Minister for Women and Groups at Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park and as an adjunct professor at Wheaton College. Christy moved back to Chicagoland a few years ago from southeast Ohio where she was a team leader for Cru overseeing several campus ministries and training staff in growing disciple-making movements. Christy has spoken at conferences such as the National Disciple-Making Forum in Nashville and the Discipleship Conference in Orlando; and outside of vocational work, Christy enjoys exploring Chicago’s coffee scene (63 shops and counting) or playing volleyball at North Avenue Beach.

Dr. Mary Hendrickson (EdD) currently serves as Associate Professor of Human Services at Moody Bible Institute. She joined Moody’s faculty after serving for four years as the Assistant Director of Admissions and Adjunct Professor of Counseling Psychology for the MA in Counseling Psychology program at North Park University. Dr. Hendrickson is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and has also served as a pastoral counselor in Pasadena, California, and Brooklyn, New York. She is also a speaker, spoken word artist, and founder of And Still I Rize ministries. She currently lives in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, with her husband of twenty-three years, Craig, and their eighteen-year-old daughter, Amaya, a student at Ball State University this fall who is pursuing her passion for nutrition through a degree in dietetics while competing in track and field. She currently lives in the Chicago area with her husband, Craig, and their daughter, Amaya.

Cyndi Leamon
After a 21-year business career, including Vice President for Education and Events, while also serving the local church as a lay leader, Cyndi responded to God’s call into church staff ministry at Trinity Church in South Bend, Indiana. Since 2008, she has been leading and growing transformational disciple-making ministries for women, children, and all adults. Additionally, Cyndi serves on staff as the Director of Ministry to Women with the Great Lakes District of the Evangelical Free Church of America where she ministers to women’s leaders in over 150 churches in four states. Also, she is an elected member the Board of Directors of the Evangelical Free Church of America. She is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Bethel University, and Villanova University. Cyndi and her husband, Mike, met in their high school algebra class, have been married over 30 years, and enjoy God’s blessing of three young adult married children and four grandsons under four years old.

Cathie’s work as a leadership catalyst, communicator, consultant, coach, author, and podcast host has led her to equip leaders globally. Cathie is Co-founder and Lead Catalyst of Gather (www.gatherwomen.com), a transformational movement that connects women, equips leaders, and mobilizes the female church in Canada. She is a published author of the award-winning book Brave Women, Bold Moves: Choosing Courage in a Culture of Conformity. Raychel McKelvy is an assistant professor of communications at MBI. The past few years she has had the privilege of directing musicals and plays on campus, as well as performing Scripture for Founder’s Day. When she is not on campus she can be found serving at her church, The Brook Chicago, teaching acting at Green Shirt Studios, or honing her skills as an award-winning writer, producer, and actor, or chilling at home with her dog Teddy Bhaer. She loves all things musical theatre, Harry Potter, and MCU; and considers it a blessing to pour into the next generation of believers who will bring forth the gospel.

Ellen Wildman is a writer and full-time publisher at DaySpring and author of the devotional Single and Not Sorry: 90 Devotions of Real Encouragement for Right Now. She holds a BA in Bible and Ministry to Women from Moody Bible Institute (’16) and an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies from Denver Seminary (’22). Ellen lives in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Deb Gorton
Dr. Deb Gorton holds an MA in Theology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Presently, she serves as the founding president of Siv Consultation, an organization that empowers individuals, organizations, and emerging leaders to establish their place in the world. Dr. Gorton draws on her experience as a communicator and a licensed clinical psychologist to impart practical wisdom for pinpointing personal motivations, identity, and leadership potential. With her combined background, Dr. Gorton produces strategies that can address whole person transformation through practical, research-validated tools for sustainable life change.

Judy Dunagan has served as a leader of ministry to women for decades. She is the author of The Loudest Roar: Living in the Unshakable Victory of Christ. A wonder seeker of God and His Word, Judy is passionate about discipleship and making God’s Word and prayer come alive in everyday life. Judy is an acquisitions editor of women’s books and Bible studies for Moody Publishers and serves on the Board of Deeper Walk International. Keri is from Clive, Iowa, and attends Valley Church. She and her husband, Brandon, have three boys ages 19, 16, and 12. Currently, Keri works part-time for Des Moines Public Schools as a speech-language pathologist. She serves on the EFCA Prepared leadership team as an instructor and also teaches women as an online adjunct professor for Moody Bible Institute. Keri enjoys volunteering as a small group leader and teacher in student and women’s ministries at her church.

Ashley Armijo is co-founder of "Coffee and Bible Time," a ministry that helps women learn how to delight in God’s Word and thrive in Christian living. She is an alumna of Moody Bible Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Ministry Studies. It is Ashley’s passion to teach women how to study and delight in God’s Word whether that is online in the Coffee and Bible Time In-Depth Bible Study Academy or opening up her home to young women in the community. Ashley lives in Iowa with her husband Johnny. On her days off she loves to read, paint, and garden.

Elizabeth Mitchell is a Bible teacher, blogger, author, and speaker. She is also part of the leadership team of Boca Raton Community Church, serving alongside her husband, Bill, and an enormously talented staff. As part of the faculty of WorldLead, she frequently travels overseas to train and mentor leaders involved in the nonprofit world.
In her most recent book, Journey for the Heart, she describes the true story of her family’s journey through the heartache and triumph of their son James’s congenital heart disease that ultimately included a heart transplant and heartbreak.

She’s served as a pastor’s wife, missionary, a Ministry to Women leader, the Director of Ministry to Women with the Great Lakes District of the Evangelical Free Church, and an adjunct professor at Moody Bible Institute. She earned her Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Gloria is the Director of Prepared, an equipping program for women in ministry leadership. She and her husband, Daniel, have five children, and seventeen grandchildren.

Sandy Malone, a licensed professional counselor candidate, holds a Master’s in clinical mental health counseling and a Bachelor's in education. In collaboration with her husband, she conducts transformative weeklong intensive counseling for ministry couples in crisis with Shepherd’s Heart Ministry in Parker, Colorado. Drawing from her experience as a youth pastor’s wife and years ministering to leaders at Lake Forest Ranch, Sandy provides invaluable support to those in ministry. Her compassionate approach and specialized training create a safe space for couples navigating crises and for women in ministry, fostering healing and resilience.

Olivia Ruhl (BA Moody Bible, MA Gordon-Conwell) lives in rural New Hampshire where her days are primarily spent serving alongside her husband at BeFree Community Church and caring for their two children. She loves to teach the Word in various settings and has the joy of training other women to study and teach the Bible with Small Town Summits, an organization whose purpose is to equip and encourage those ministering in rural New England, and with Prepared, an EFCA equipping program for women in ministry leadership.

Denise Ramos
Denise Ramos
Denise is passionate about lifting up the name of Jesus and seeing the church respond to the glory of God. She’s been involved in worship ministry since she was eight years old and has led worship for several women’s ministry events, youth camps, and conferences. She currently serves as one of the worship leaders at her local church in northwest Indiana and is a member of Century Worship. She graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in vocal performance and is a recent graduate of Liberty University where she earned her MA in clinical mental health counseling. Presently, she works as a full-time clinician, spreading the hope and love of Christ to those battling substance use and complex trauma.

Payton is a worship leader out of Bethel Church in Crown Point, Indiana. It's her joy to serve Christ and His bride through leading on Sunday mornings, writing for Century Worship (Bethel's songwriting ministry), and shepherding the next generation of worship musicians in youth group. In her free time, Payton finds rest and enjoyment in hiking, more songwriting, and quality time with her husband, Benjamin, and Winslow, their French Bulldog.
